When will I be charged? Your card is charged in full at checkout. This secures your size and locks in your spot in the production run — it isn't a deposit.

Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together? Yes. Depending on your order, items may ship separately so in-stock pieces don't wait on pre-order production.
Will I receive updates? Yes — you'll get email updates at every stage, from order confirmation through to shipping.
What happens if there's a delay? We'll notify you immediately with a revised delivery estimate. You're welcome to cancel for a full refund at any point before your order ships.
What if my pre-order can't be fulfilled? In the rare case an item can't be produced or delivered, you'll receive a full refund automatically — no action needed on your end.
