Add the item to your cart and complete checkout as you normally would.
Your Item Is Reserved
Your order is recorded for the applicable pre-order production or incoming inventory.
We Keep You Updated
You'll receive order and shipping updates by email as your pre-order moves toward fulfillment.
Your Order Ships
Once your pre-order item is ready for fulfillment, it will be packed and shipped to you.

Estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of production, transportation, customs, carrier conditions, quality-control checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a meaningful delay, we'll do our best to notify affected customers with an updated estimate.

Before Fulfillment Begins
You may request to cancel your pre-order before fulfillment begins.
Contact our support team as soon as possible and include your order number.
Once Fulfillment Has Begun
Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
Eligible products can instead be handled under Nelo's applicable return and refund policy after delivery.
If We Can't Fulfill It
If Nelo is unable to fulfill a pre-order item, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Can I change the size or colour on my pre-order?
If fulfillment has not begun and the requested option is still available, we'll do our best to help.

Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes, where checkout allows it.
Depending on the order, products may ship separately so available items don't necessarily need to wait for the pre-order item.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. You'll receive standard order confirmations and shipping information, and we may send additional updates if there is a meaningful change to your pre-order timeline.
What happens if there's a delay?
Production and delivery estimates can occasionally change.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we'll do our best to provide a revised estimate.
If your order has not entered fulfillment, you can contact us to request cancellation.
What happens if my pre-order cannot be fulfilled?
If we determine that an item cannot be fulfilled, we'll cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund to your original payment method.
Are pre-orders eligible for returns?
Once delivered, eligible pre-order products are subject to Nelo's applicable return and refund terms unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
