Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

Where does NELO ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States, with additional destinations coming soon.
How long does shipping take?

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package.
Do you offer free shipping?

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you'd like a different size or colour, we'll help arrange an exchange based on inventory availability. some charges may apply in this case.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
